Pedro Ramalhete

FOunder

Pedro has started his career in Lisbon where he worked on the two major mobile and fixed telecom providers. There, he led the Lisbon sales area and the direct marketing área where he contributed to revenue growth and to an improvement of overall customer experience. He moved to São Paulo, to join Vivo, where he had CRM, pricing and planning roles and led product and churn areas. Then he moved to the payments industry where he led the churn area in Cielo and introduced several customer experience improvement projects. Afterwards he moved to a startup where he started and led one of the product and growth áreas.

Pedro has na MBA in London Business School and a Loyalty course in Northwestern University.
